We know that a course of treatment is a big consideration and investment, so to make our services more accessible and affordable for everyone, we offer 0% finance, so you can spread the cost of your treatments and pay by Direct Debit on weekly or monthly basis.

 

OUR POLICY

 

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS – credit or debit card details are required to secure an appointment.  If you need to cancel or change appointment or block booking, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a full charge for a service.

ARRIVAL – please arrive on-time for your appointment.  If you arrive early, please be prepared to wait until your booked appointment time.

Please note that it may be not possible to accommodate late arrivals (over 15 minutes late).

CONSULTATION PROCEDURE - Prior to treatment you must first undergo a consultation where details about your medical history are obtained to confirm suitability. Before proceeding you will be asked to sign a consent form and if your treatment requires one, undergo a patch test 7 days prior to treatment.

REFUND POLICY – our treatments are carried out by a qualified therapist. If you are unsatisfied with a treatment you have received, please bring it to the attention of your therapist. We do not give refunds on any treatments however we will investigate your concerns immediately and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. 

PRICING - While we do all we can to keep our website and price lists updated, treatments and prices are subject to change without warning.

THERAPIST ILLNESS - Unfortunately, there may be times when we must cancel your appointment due to therapist illness or another emergency. If we are unable to reschedule your appointment at another time on the same day we will need to cancel your appointment and rebook you for the next available appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to cancel your appointment.
